International food week 2nd March 2015

International food week

Today the children thought about their favourite food and where it originated from.  The food ranged from Sushi to roast dinner, with pizza and pasta in the mix!

As I love the food from France, we all shared some croissants and brioche this morning and finished off the afternoon with pain au chocolate.


 We thought about where food comes from.
We took the example of Spaghetti Bolognaise and thought about all the ingredients that are used to make this popular recipe. The children didn't realise that pasta was made using flour.
